The most popular museum in Vorarlberg is the inatura interactive Nature Exhibition featuring a Science Center in Dornbirn. The exhibition provides information on nature, the alpine living environment and allows you to experience physical phenomena at numerous experimental stations. When the pioneers dared their first attempts on snow and skis, they still wore everyday clothes. The “Fesch” exhibition in the historic “Huber-Hus” in Lech deals with ski fashion. The house dates back to the 16th century and shows how people used to live and work.
Schattenburg Castle towers over the town of Feldkirch and once served as the headquarters of the Count of Montfort. It is considered one of the best-preserved castle complexes in Europe. Today there is a museum and a restaurant in the castle complex.
