Tobogganing in Brandnertal - an adventure day for the whole family
In the Brandnertal valley in Vorarlberg, there is a tobogganing safari that always gives you time to relax between the rapid descents, enjoying the snow-covered landscape and breathtaking views while winter hiking. It leads in two variants from the mountain station of the panorama cable car down to Bürserberg, and you can get back to the starting point by bus. Families can spend the whole day tobogganing, winter hiking and enjoying the wonderful views – between the fast downhill runs there are always quiet passages where you can enjoy the wintry nature and the breathtaking views.
Variant 1
Route: Panoramabahn mountain station/Burtschasattel – Faregg – Alte-Statt-Weg – Kohlgrubenweg – Bürserberg toboggan run – return by bus to Brand
Walking time: 2 h
Variant 2
Route: Panoramabahn mountain station/Burtschasattel – Faregg – Furkla Höhenweg – Glinzgi Egg – Alpe Rona – Kohlgrubenweg – “Löcher” toboggan run to Bürserberg – return by bus to Brand
Walking time: 2.5 h
Tip: For a "tobogganing in" before the safari, we recommend the Eggen toboggan run from the mountain station to the valley station of the Dorfbahn.
