Book suggestion:
’Was ist Yoga?’ (What is yoga?)
This book is a philosophical ABC of Yoga practice that guides the reader through the veritable jungle of trends and erroneous information. This often humorous book is lovingly and colourfully illustrated by the Vorarlberg illustrator Bianca Tschaikner.
