The tour for experienced cyclists takes you through a scenic, remote valley. First of all you take the cycle path from Andelsbuch to Egg. From here, several short steep ascents take you to Schetteregg. Cycling gently uphill, you go through the mountain pasture settlements of Eggatsberg and Hammeratsberg, then downhill through woodland as far as the Auenalpe. A moderately steep alpine path takes you to the Helbockstobelalpe. The path now becomes uneven and demanding. There then follows a short stretch where you need to get off and push as far as the Schreiberesattel, before a moderately downhill path takes you through the alpine terrain as far as the Sonderdach. On the Sonderdach (middle station) is the mountain inn where the ski-jumping Olympic champion Toni Innauer grew up. You now go steeply downhill through the wood into the valley. From the centre of Bezau, you once again cycle upwards to the Bezegg, then downwards to Andelsbuch-Bersbuch and take the cycle path back to Egg.
