The tour from the Sonnenkopf to the Muttjöchle, 2.074 m, is perfect for beginners and pleasure snow shoe hikers. On this summit hike you can enjoy a sensational panoramic view of the Klostertal valley, the Lechquellen mountains and the Rätikon.
After the ascent with the Sonnenkopf cable car, the snowshoe tour starts directly at the upper station. Follow the marked winter hiking trail past the mountain restaurant Muttjöchle to the summit cross of the Muttjöchle at 2.074 m above sea level. Along the way you will find cozy winter benches that invite you to stop and enjoy the landscape. Arriving at Muttjöchle, you have an impressive panoramic view of the surrounding mountains. The way back leads over the same way.
A stop at the Muttjöchle panorama restaurant is well worth it!
