Leisurely walk in the center of Riezlern with a short detour to the children's playground.
This walk in the center of Riezlern takes you past the children’s playground in the Kurpark, the skate park, the Kulturcafe and the Riezlern outdoor pool. There is a lot to discover, in the Kurpark there is also an exhibition on a wide variety of topics from time to time.

Directions
The path starts in Riezlern (bus stop community), follow the road past the parish church Maria Opferung, turn left in front of the Hotel Post/Poststube. At the path/road fork at the EVK, the path/road continues to the left, follow the road until you come out at the Mittel- und Realschule Kleinwalsertal. When you get to the school, continue down the street to the Kurpark. The Riezlern children’s playground is also located here, after a short walk along the Kurparkteich you can follow the path to the entrance of the Riezlern outdoor pool. From here it goes along the road to the starting point.

Leave the car where it is!
The Walserbus is a convenient way to reach your starting point. Line 1 takes you to the village Riezlern. For this tour you need to get off at the bus stop “Kanzelwandbahn”.
Approach:
The Kleinwalsertal valley is located in the north-east of the Austrian state of Vorarlberg and can only be reached by road via Oberstdorf (Germany/Bayern). The main part of Austria can only be reached directly by foot or by taking a detour via Allgäu. You do not need an autobahn badge to drive into the valley. Please ensure that you have suitable tyres in winter. In Austria, winter tyres (min. 4mm, M S) are obligatory on snow-covered roads from 1 November to 15 April.

A parking area (fee required) is located right at the starting point, at the bottom of the Kanzelwand lift.
